Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed personally by email within 24 hours. Payment: cash on delivery (ramburs) or bank transfer. Prices in RON, VAT included where applicable.

Shipping

Courier or easybox in Romania, typically 1–3 working days after confirmation; 15 lei, free over 300 lei. EU delivery on request.

Right of withdrawal

Per OUG 34/2014, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. For hygiene, earrings are accepted only unworn with the seal intact. Write to office@kavyre.com to arrange return.

Warranty

Legal conformity warranty per OUG 140/2021, plus a written 2-year commercial warranty on the PVD finish under normal wear.

Disputes

Consumers may address ANPC (anpc.ro, incl. SAL) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Governing law: Romania.
