Shipping

Romania: courier or easybox, 15 lei — free for orders over 300 lei. Orders confirmed personally by email within 24 hours; delivery typically 1–3 working days. European Union delivery available on request at office@kavyre.com.

Returns

You have the legal 14-day right of return from the day of delivery, for pieces in their original condition. For reasons of hygiene, earrings can be returned only unworn, with the seal intact. Write to office@kavyre.com and we arrange the courier.

Warranty

Every piece carries the legal conformity warranty and our written 2-year commercial warranty on the finish: if the gold PVD coating fails under normal wear — water, sport, daily life — we replace the piece. No forms, no debate; a photograph and your order number are enough.

The engraving of fulfilment

Included with every Fourth Thread Box: when your sealed promise is kept, we engrave its date on the reverse of your piece, free, in our Bucharest atelier, within 48 hours.

Care

316L steel with 18k PVD asks very little: rinse with clean water after the sea, dry with a soft cloth, keep away from abrasives. Perfume is welcome — apply it before the jewelry, not on it. Natural shell pieces prefer not to be scratched; everything else is built for your real life.

A rule of the house

We never run percentage discounts. Editions are numbered, they retire, and what you bought never loses its dignity in a sale two weeks later.
